Biography

Elizabeth Lau is a college math instructor as well as a licensed secondary teacher specializing in online, blended and individualized learning. She holds a master’s degree in mathematics education. 

Elizabeth has a background in non-profit administration with experience in professional theatre and international non-profits. She and her family love to travel and play outside, especially in the mountains or on a beach.  

 She and her husband, Jason, have two children enrolled at Summit Academy Independence. She is eager to serve Summit schools and community.
