Independence
My name is Cristina Hortin, and this is my tenth year in education and at Summit Academy! I spent four years teaching 5th grade, four years teaching 2nd grade, and this is my second year as assistant principal. I am originally from Smithfield, UT and graduated in Elementary Education from Utah State University. I am passionate about education, spreading the love of learning, my family, and trying new things. I love teaching, reading, hiking, skiing, traveling, and my newest hobby is golf.
